Our Services.

Initial Assessment

At this time, we encourage you to take the time to review the resources on our website.

After receiving a referral from your primary care provider/specialist, our clinic will contact you and provide you with an initial assessment appointment, which will include the following:

  • completion and submission of online screening package, including reading and complying with our psychostimulant therapy contract

  • completion of labwork

  • 2 hour in office assessment

While it is not mandatory, we do encourage our patients to find samples of elementary and high school report cards, if accessible.

Follow-Up appointments

Scheduling routine appointments allows us to assess the effectiveness of treatment and side effects of medications. Once stabilized, you may choose to continue treatment with your primary care provider.

Please allow a 1 hour window for all appointments.

Please be advised as of September 1st, 2023 there will be a $50.00 charge for missed appointments.

Please note if you are actively showing signs of being ill for your scheduled in office appointment, kindly contact the office.
